Faq

Do we have to bring our own linen?

No not at all we provide our guests with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels, there are wool blankets and doonas already on the bed's we also provide spare blankets/pillows located in your chalet.

How far away are the Chalets from town?

We are only 8 minutes drive from the town center.

Is there a supermarket nearby?

Yes there are two shopping centers, Spencer Park has an IGA, Priceline Pharmacy and a BWS and Bayonet Head has a Woolworths, Terry White Chemist, and a BWS. Both shopping centers also have a fuel station nearby.

What about late night supermarkets?

There is a large IGA 10 minutes drive from us. It is open from 5am to 10pm every day and has a large range including pre prepared meals. Very handy for the early birds or late arrivals. ( Straight opposite Dan Murphys) There is also a Chemist open to 9pm 7 days a week and 2 x 24 hour service stations which have a convenience store.

Can you supply Porta Cots and Highchairs?

Yes we do we provide guests Porta cots with nursery linen as well as highchairs on request free of charge.

Are there cooking facilities in the Chalet?

Yes there is a full size cook top and oven along with all cooking utensils, there is also a microwave, toaster and rice cooker.

What happens if we arrive after office hours?

This happens all the time, so it's no problem, we will leave your key and information pack inside an envelope with your name on it, this will be located outside the office hanging on a clip.

What if our envelope isn't hanging on the clip?

There is a courtesy intercom located just outside the office so if there is a problem all you have to do is push the button and one of our staff members will be able to assist you.
